TERMS AND CONDITIONS 


 Legal Age. You must be a legal age (at least 18 years of age or older), have full capacity in the state in which you reside, to enter into, perform, and be bound by this agreement.

 One Account Per Member. You may only maintain one membership account at Money Grow Enterprises.  If you establish duplicate accounts, we may terminate your accounts, resulting in the loss of accumulated credits for each terminated account.

 Accurate Information. You must provide Money Grow Enterprises with valid contact and residence information and promptly update that information if it changes. If you impersonate or misrepresent your identity, Money Grow Enterprises may terminate your membership and you will forfeit any earned credits.  Money Grow Enterprises may terminate any membership, containing any untruthful information.

 Accounts Non-Transferable. Your password and account are yours and yours alone and may not be transferred to anyone else. You may not allow anyone else to use your password or account. You may not use anyone else's password or account or accrue earnings for anyone else's account. You are responsible for keeping your password confidential and Money Grow Enterprises is not be liable for any loss or damage caused by disclosure of your password or account information. You may only create one account for yourself and may not establish an account on behalf of anyone else.

 Non-verify accounts. If you have been a Money Grow Enterprises  member for more than 30 days without sending the proper verification, your acount will be terminated. If your account is closed, your referrals will be lost and you will forfeit any unpaid monies on your account. Furthermore, all members up-line from you will lose the benefit of your referrals.  You may verify your account by sending your valid ID/Driver's License or current bill statement with your name and address to: Money Grow Enterprises   P. O. Box 17355   St. Paul, MN 55117-17355.

 Termination of Accounts. Money Grow Enterprises may refuse to accept any application for membership for any reason or for no reason. We may terminate this agreement and your membership without any notice and Money Grow Enterprises reserves the right to terminate your membership without giving you prior notice.  If your account is closed, your referrals will be lost, and you will forfeit any unpaid monies on your account.

 Independent Contractor. You understand and agree that as an Associate, you are an Independent Contractor, not an agent, employee, partner, joint contractor or franchisee of Money Grow Enterprises.  You further understand and agree that you will not be treated as an employee for the purposes of any state or federal taxes of the Federal Unemployment Tax Act, the Federal Insurance Contributions Act, sales taxes, local taxes, and/or local license fees that may become due as a result of your activities under this Agreement.

 Compensation. Subject to the terms of this agreement, you can earn money or other compensation from points that you or someone else who view advertisements, make loans, surf, click, register, refer, survey, auction and shop through the Money Grow Enterprises website regardless of who bring in these traffic.  You understand and agree that any commission paid to you will consisted solely of referrals, profit-sharing and/or bonuses relating to the sale of Money Grow Enterprises direct affiliate, products and services.

 No Tampering. You promise neither to simulate, to fake, or to falsify your presence or activities in order to earn money or other compensation or rewards from the Money Grow Enterprises. Simulating, faking, or falsifying your activities may include, among other things, creation, distribution or use of services or other devices that respond to prompts in your absence. You also agree not to tamper in any way with the proper functioning.  Money Grow Enterprises will terminate your account if you engage in any such simulating, faking, falsifying, or tampering. By using the Freemoneygrow.com you are representing to Money Grow Enterprises that you have not engaged in any such activities designed to thwart the purpose of this agreement, such as simulation, faking, or falsifying your presence or otherwise tampering with the Money Grow Enterprises services, or assisting others in doing so.

 No Guarantee of Accuracy. You understand and agree that although Money Grow Enterprises will make reasonable efforts to fairly and consistently monitor your actual activites, Money Grow Enterprises does not guarantee the precision of the process.  You will only be credited for activities which we can verify that we have seen or experienced.  You will receive points only if your account number is included in the order and sign up form.

 Profit-sharing Payrate. The points, as well as the points you earn from your profit-sharing, are converted to cash according to your daily individual profit-sharing payrate. Your individual profit-sharing payrate is automatically calculated by the Money Grow Enterprises insentive software program on the basis of the number of referrals you have at the moment of calculation. Your profit-sharing points have a fixed rate of $1 for 100 points.

 Referral. If you are accepted as a member of Money Grow Enterprises, you may earn credits for some of the activities of the members that you directly refer to freemoneygrow.com.  Referral percentage rates are automatically calculate by the Money Grow Enterprises referral incentive system. If your account is closed, your referrals will be lost and you will forfeit any unpaid monies on your account. 

 Marketing Claims. You agree that you will not make any misrepresentations to any of your referrals or potential referrals about compensation typically received by Money Grow Enterprises Associates or about compensation that potential Associates are likely to receive, and to fully comply with all applicable laws related to referral marketing programs.

 Mailing of Checks. Subject to the terms of this agreement, Money Grow Enterprises will mail a check to you within a reasonable time after you have requested in your account at least US$50 or 5,000 points, and you have requested payment using Request Payment page at Freemoneygrow.com.  Money Grow Enterprises assumes no responsibility for lost, stolen or misdirected checks. If your address has changed, please, remember to update your profile at your associate log in area: Account Info. 

 Privacy Policy. By becoming a Money Grow Enterprises member you acknowledge that you have read and you agree with our  Privacy policy.

 Disclaimer of Warranties. You expressly agrees that use of the membership program is at your sole risk.  The membership program is provided on an "As Is" and "As Available" basis.  Money Grow Enterprises expressly disclaims all warranties of any kind, express or implied, including without limitation any warranty of merchantability.  Money Grow Enterprises makes no warranty regarding any goods or services purchased or obtained through the membership program or any transactions entered into through the membership program.

 Legal Compliance and Claims. You agree to comply with all local, state, province, country or regional laws that may be applicable to your use of the Internet and your membership at Money Grow Enterprises. Both parties agree that any cause of action arising out of or related to the Money Grow Enterprises Service must be initiated within six (6) months after the cause of action arose; otherwise, such cause of action is considered void. Furthermore, to the maximum extent allowed by applicable law, you agree not to bring, join or participate in any class action against Money Grow Enterprises and/or any of its parents, members, subsidiaries, affiliates, service providers, licensors, officers, directors or employees. You agree that Money Grow Enterprises holds the right to take countermeasures in order to stop such a lawsuit or to remove you as a participant in the suit, and that you shall have the obligation to pay all costs incurred by Money Grow Enterprises exercising this right.

 Limitation of Liability. To the maiximum extent allowed by applicable law, neither Money Grow Enterprises nor any of its parents, members, subsidiaries, affiliates, service providers, licensors, officers, directors or employees shall be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages arising out of or relating to this Agreement, resulting from the use or the inability to use the service or the cost of procurement of substitute goods and serviced or transanctions enter into through the service or resulting from unauthorized access to or alterations of user's transmissions or data, including but not limited to, damages for loss of profits, use, data or other intangible, even if such party has been advised of the possibility of such damage.

 Updates to This Agreement.  Because of the constantly evolving nature of our business, Money Grow Enterprises needs to have the ability to revise the term of this agreement from time to time. You may object to the updated Agreement by terminating your membership. If you continue to use the freemoneygrow.com and enjoy the benefits of membership at Money Grow Enterprises after any change, that will signify your acceptance of the new terms.
